90-Minute Hatha Vinyasa Yoga with Eranur Shahda Yoga, Bophut Fisherman's Village, Samui
Students will be guided at a comfortable pace. Starting with foundational core stability and mobility around the shoulders and hips. Then gradually relaxing deeper into the hips and shoulders into twists, binds & inversions.
Drop-ins daily at 8.00am class (payment in class).
Kindly note that during our March, August and September retreat residences, selected class times may be adjusted to preserve the integrity of the experience. Private bookings are recommended in advance.
Beginners are welcome as modifications are offered throughout the class.
