Handbalance and Inversions Class - Prepaid only
Develop strength, stability, and confidence as you explore the foundations of hand balancing and inversions in a safe, progressive, and supportive environment.
This class focuses on intelligent technique rather than force, helping you build body awareness, shoulder stability, core integration, balance, and controlled movement. Whether you are working towards your first inversion or refining an established practice, each exercise is adapted to your current level.
Expect carefully structured drills, partner and wall-supported progressions, mobility work, and mindful conditioning that enhance both physical capability and mental focus.
Suitable for practitioners with a regular yoga or movement practice. Prior experience with inversions is helpful but not essential.
Begin with stillness before moving into practice in this immersive two-and-a-half-hour experience.
The class opens with 60 minutes of guided seated meditation, allowing the mind to settle, awareness to deepen, and the breath to become steady. From this state of presence, the practice transitions into 90 minutes of asana (yoga postures), where movement becomes an expression of mindfulness through mobility, stability, strength, balance, and conscious breathing.
By meditating before movement, the practice encourages each posture to arise from clarity rather than habit, creating a deeply integrated experience of body, breath, and awareness.
Prior meditation and yoga experience is required. This class is intended for practitioners who are comfortable with extended periods of seated meditation and a sustained asana practice.
Prepaid bookings only. As spaces are intentionally limited to ensure personalised guidance, advance payment is required to secure your place.
