A meditative yoga practice for beginners combining 60 minutes of mindful movement and 30 minutes of supported seated meditation session where students are provided with basic notes on relatable anatomy & philosophy to embody during their practice, including a complimentary beverage from Greenlight Café.

We’re located inside Greenlight Café & Resort, Fisherman’s Village Bophut, about 15 minutes by motorbike from most areas from the west and east of Koh Samui (≈ THB 200–250/day rental). Free parking is available.
Arrive a little early for a cold-pressed juice or coconut latte, and feel free to stay after class for a plant-based lunchand a cool-down swim at Greenlight Café — open exclusively for Shahda Yoga guests.
