Students will be guided at a comfortable pace. Starting with foundational core stability and mobility around the shoulders and hips. Then gradually relaxing deeper into the hips and shoulders into twists, binds & inversions.
Drop-ins daily at 8.00am class.
Special booking in advance necessary for the 3.30pm class.
Beginners are welcome as modifications are offered throughout the class.
