An invigorating creative practice, Shahda Yoga Sustainable Yoga Practice Techniques (SYSPT), developed by Eranur Shahda (ERYT-800, YACEP).
Guided meditation opens the practice at 7.00am which lasts apparoximately 30 minutes.
Intermediate asanas then follows at 7.30am. Guided at a flow pace with anatomy-based conditioning techniques. A class suitable for all levels of practitioners.
Breakfast from 9.00am to 11.00am with access to the swimming pool.
