Join us in an intergrated body and mind yoga immersion in nature led by Eranur Shahda, where you are guided to experience liberation and light through breath, activity, peace and wisdom. This will be followed by a brunch at our cafe. To top it off, a relaxing 'Steam & Dream' experience, drifting between steam caves and plunge pools with freedom in mind, body and spirit.

  1. Diaphragmatic breathing : self-preservation
  2. Joint mobility and stability : practice & anatomy
  3. Core activity and balance : practice & anatomy
  4. Agni, Tapas, Soma : philosophy & application
  5. Intention, Manifestation & Gratitude

(Pre-requisite: Full plank 10 seconds hold)


Location: Tamarind Springs Samui

Day & Time: Saturdays at 0800-1100 (please arrive 0750)

Break: 0930 (10 minutes)

Brunch: 1120 hrs (options: plantbased & non-plantbased)

Steam cave: anytime after brunch till closing

Capacity: Maximum 10 participants per program

Book by Friday 1100 hrs.

Book via Tamarind Springs with non-refundable & non-transferable deposit of 2,000 baht.

Total investment: 4,500++ baht.

Other treatments are optional.
