Inversions and arm balances flow with Era @shahdayogasamui.
This class will be a progression from the previous session where we explored the anatomy and techniques for pinchamayurasana. We will flow into inversions and arm balances.
This will be a practice of vinyasa where breath and asana takes us into the a continuous evolution and involution of the self into the Self, in a dance of awareness, between the known and unknown.
Awareness of:
1) Shoulders, Hips & Spine
2) Mobility & Stability
3) Breath 4:7:8
